We regularly provide advice on privacy obligations and draft privacy policies customised to reflect our clients' management of privacy, as well as providing advice on laws, regulations and codes relevant to the advertising or sale of regulated products and services.

We also work with other law firms, such as estate planning firms, to assist them in updating their precedent documents to better deal with digital assets and social media accounts.
